Official records from other states
Where Dolphwin doesn't search a state, Pro and Team can ask us for the state's own official record. Past the ones included, you pay the state's fee at cost, with no handling fee: up to is held from your credit and you're charged the exact fee only when we deliver. Coverage by state
Sanctions screening included
Each check includes a screen of the company against US sanctions lists, at no extra cost. If the lists can't be reached, the answer says so.
Questions
What counts as a check?
One company answered in full: who's behind it, its records, sanctions screening and the proof. Opening the same company again the same day, searching, and picking among similar names are free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid aren't refunded for partial periods.
Where does the information come from?
Official public records, and statements companies sign themselves. Every fact on an answer shows its record and the date it was checked.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Dolphwin never sees or stores your card number.
What if Dolphwin doesn't search a company's state?
The answer shows the federal and multi-state records Dolphwin found, and says the state isn't searched. On Pro and Team you can ask us for that state's official record; if the state has no such record, or we can't deliver it within 7 days, nothing is charged.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose another plan here and the change takes effect right away; the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Do AI agents use my plan's checks?
On Team, yes. On the other plans, your agents start with free checks, then pay from your prepaid credit, so your own monthly checks stay yours.
