Dolphwin answers from official public records and from statements signed by the companies themselves. Every answer shows the record it relies on, with a link and a date.

Publishers whose records we use

Licenses, building permits and inspections

To show that a company actually operates, Dolphwin reads these open datasets for records under the company’s exact name. We request business names, record numbers, types, statuses, dates and cities only, never street addresses, ZIP codes, phone numbers or people’s names.
